Refund Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service for The Audit Guy, operated by astracoretech corp. ("we", "us"). The Service is sold for business purposes only.

7-day refund

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 7 calendar days of the date of payment.

To ask, email info@astracoretech.com from the email address you used to buy, and include your order details (for example the date, the amount and the website you submitted). We reply within 5 business days.

Monthly plan

• The 7 days run from each payment. You can ask for a refund of your first payment, or of a renewal charge, within 7 calendar days of that charge.
• Refunding a payment also ends your plan.
• To stop future renewals without a refund, cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, payments are not refundable and we do not give refunds or credits for partial months, except where the law requires it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, in the same currency and for the same amount charged. We process them within 10 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take longer to show them. We do not cover currency conversion or bank fees.

Purchases that turn out to be personal

If we learn that a purchase was made for personal, family or household use rather than a business purpose, we may cancel it and refund what you paid for it.

Abuse

To the extent the law allows, we may refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as a repeated pattern of buying and requesting refunds.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, as we can usually resolve problems faster. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the Service for that account while it is resolved and provide our order and delivery records to the payment processor. If the chargeback is found not to be valid, we may recover the amount owed.

Rights under law

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
